Notable father?
[edit]Too much of this article is copied verbatim from Morrison own web site (www.fredmorrison.com/biog.htm) so I have changed the wording. Several website say that his father was a notable player, yet Morrison senior doesn't merit a mention in Andrew Lenz's "Who's who in Bagpiping" (bagpipejourney.com/articles/whoswho.shtml#anchor_M). Morrison junior does get a mention. I have therefore removed the word "notable". Ogg (talk) 19:54, 10 April 2008 (UTC)
- I've nothing bad to say about Lenz, but his site is not all that comprehensive. You will find plenty references to his father in the Piping Times or on Piper & Drummer - and he certainly was a player and half. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.218.192.155 (talk) 13:39, 1 March 2012 (UTC)
